1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting this website, purchasing a membership, creating or using a student account, or accessing Gold3nFX materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.

Gold3nFX is a trading-education brand operated by Gold3nViZions LLC. In these terms, “Gold3nFX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gold3nViZions LLC and the Gold3nFX course.

2. Educational service only

Gold3nFX provides educational content, examples, homework, group reviews, and community support. We are not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, law firm, or fiduciary. Nothing we provide is a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must provide accurate membership and account information.
• Your student access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or allow another person to use your membership.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Membership and recurring billing

Gold3nFX provides a recommended 12-week learning path through an ongoing monthly membership. The membership is currently offered at $147 per month and renews automatically through PayPal until canceled. It is not a three-payment installment plan, and completing 12 weeks does not automatically end membership or billing. The price and billing terms presented at checkout control your purchase. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the selected payment method on each renewal date.

An active membership continues to provide access to the student portal, community, course updates, and educational support. A failed, reversed, disputed, refunded, or canceled payment may result in suspension or termination of course access.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals through PayPal or by contacting gold3nfx@gmail.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a charge already completed, and access generally continues through the paid billing period. Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Course license and intellectual property

All videos, slides, chart markups, downloads, written lessons, branding, graphics, recordings, and other course materials are owned by or licensed to Gold3nFX. We grant each active student a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal education only.

• Do not record, copy, download where no download is offered, screenshot for redistribution, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, or share course materials.
• Do not remove ownership marks or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Student homework remains the student’s work, but submitting it gives Gold3nFX permission to review and display it privately for educational feedback.

7. Acceptable conduct

You may not disrupt the website or community, harass others, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful material, misuse another student’s information, scrape course content, or use the service for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity. We may restrict or end access for violations without refund where permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

The service may use or link to third parties such as PayPal, ChatGPT sign-in, Discord, YouTube, Telegram, brokers, and charting platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Gold3nFX does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, fees, security, or decisions.

9. No guarantees; service availability

We do not guarantee profits, funding, employment, income, trading success, uninterrupted access, or that every feature will always be available. Course content and schedules may be updated as the program develops. Planned live sessions may be rescheduled when necessary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold3nViZions LLC and Gold3nFX will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or decisions made using the educational content. Your sole responsibility is to decide whether and how to trade. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina. We may update these terms prospectively; the updated date will appear on this page.
